Every other day as soon as my period ended until my next period was due. Got pregnant the first month 3 times now.

I ovulated late and didn't realize it. Based off my app I was supposed to ovulate the 5th but I actually didn't conceive until the 16th! It just happened by chance because we took a break from trying once my "window" ended and that was the only day we did it without trying. I even used an ovulation test on the 5th and got the green light

I heard Sperm Meets Egg Plans works well, you BD every other day starts CD 8, then have BD three days in a row once you get a positive opk, take a break, then BD one more time. I don't have any personal experience, we attempted this month but couldn't follow the plan completely, we'll see what happens!
