Bedtime Routine ❤️
Hey, guys so usually my 1 year old daughter Ava is hard to put to sleep but when I give her a playful exhausting day by the end of the day she’s completely gone by 10pm. I would like to know on the days she is fussy and resisting sleep what could be some things to help her sleep ?
