CBD and tension headaches?

Question

Have you guys ever tried CBD to help with tension headaches? Does it work? My mom has some gummies I want to have one. 25mg. Any advice is great thank you :)

It works for me! Actually a bit better than THC in my personal preference. I’ve found that my tension headaches are directly correlated with stress as opposed to my sinus and cluster headaches which are more caused by the weather. My suggestion: take a bubble bath, eat a gummy and alternate a cold compress and heating pad on your neck before bed :) 
Ps. CBD makes me very sleepy but everyone’s body is different

I personally think it's worth a shot maybe only do half tho at 1st but We just went green here so now I can get ediables that are legit and I always start slow just till I see how my body and mind will react but its def worth a shot hun feel better
