Benadryl
I literally cannot sleep without Benadryl lately it’s been everyday but I have to sleep to work I’m so worried about my baby and me but people are telling me it’s safe. I’m stuck and not sure what to do I’m 14 weeks pregnant and have severe insomnia. Doctor says she prefers this over ambian or any other option they use next but I don’t wanna do this every day.
