Pulsating sensation near my ribs...

I’m 39 weeks pregnant with a little girl 💕💕

Every so often I feel a pulsating sensation, like my baby is kicking but it’s much stronger, like a heartbeat rhythm. It doesn’t feel like she’s having hiccups. I can feel her back and little butt and that’s where it seems to be where the sensation is located.

I’ve read a few different things that suggest it might be the placenta pulsing OR she’s practicing her breathing. Any thoughts on what this might be? I’ve been worried because I’ve hyperventilated before and how she was moving made me think that maybe she was too? Or like she was crying? Am I overthinking this?
