I had an infection exactly once. I took a women’s probiotic capsule orally and vaginally twice per day. It went away after 1 day of doing that vaginally. I continued orally for about a week afterwards.

My daughter is 5, and I’ve had 10+ yeast infection since her. Dr said it’s nothing I’m doing, so there’s no way for me to prevent them. Since I get them so often she sends my prescription 3 at a time so when I feel it coming I can just go pickup meds without having to call her every time. It helps! But I still can’t seem to stop them, the have seems to start coming less often.
