So whenever I’m on my cycle, and when it comes to sleep, I found a way to make sure there is no bloody leakage in the night that will mess up my nice bed sheets. I basically grabbed one of my mini blankets I don’t use anymore and folded it once, then I lay it where my butt would be, and I sleep on top of it.

And it is so comfortable, and adds to insulation of warmth when I pull my top covers over me. And if there is a leak and the blanket needs washing, then just spray it with some stain remover and toss it in the washer with detergent, fabric softener, and some scented beads.

There, life made simple.
