Anyone know what this is?
I always make sure not to let milk spillage or spit up get to her neck and I’m constantly patting it down just in case. Im also cleaning her neck every other day in her baths. I don’t think its from milk. At first it started as the little white bumps and now its flat theres no bumps and it just looks like skin discolouration or like her skin has been peeled off
