Hot flashes?
Does anyone else get hot flashes at night? I have the ac on the highest it will go and I'm still like sweating! I will get like really really hot when I go to bed or during the night, but then I wake up in the morning freezing. I usually only get them at night, I'm mostly cold or comfortable during the day. Does this happen to anyone else?? It's very aggravating😡
