Vagina bulging while using bathroom....help

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and everytime I poop it's so much pressure I can't stand it... it literally feels like I'm about to deliver my baby...when I put my hand down there I can feel it bulging out I have to literally go lay down for a few minutes....what should I do? Is this normal? This is my 4th baby and this has never happened before....
