We were in band together!😊 He asked me out several times before I actually said yes (it took almost 3 years), we dated for 2 1/2 years, were engaged for almost 2 1/2 years, and got married this past October!😊

At a mutual friend’s birthday party. I had just gotten out of a toxic 2.5 year relationship and had no interest in dating anytime soon. He walked in the room and I texted a friend immediately talking about this cute guy at the party. 
He approached me first but I got insanely nervous any time he’d get close to me so I’d chat with him for a minute and leave as quickly as possible. I had craaaazy butterflies around him the whole night.
A few days later I confessed to our mutual friend that I found him insanely attractive and she freaked out and said “I can’t believe you didn’t say this sooner!!! He was asking about you the day after the party!!”. We went on dates and hung out a bunch for about 2-3 months before we became official. 2 years later and couldn’t be happier. We even started long distance 4 months ago (he’s in Canada, I moved to Australia) but I feel like the long distance has actually brought us even closer. I ask myself everyday how I got so lucky to have a best friend and a boyfriend all in one person.

I met mine on a site called meet me and he viewed my profile like 15 times before messaging me and so we talked for hours and hours then we met up for pizza and then 2 weeks after that he asked me to be his girlfriend and 9 months after that he broke up with me because of what my freind did then now we are back together more happier then ever.

Well, I was dating (and fighting with) someone else at the time. I was on a camping trip at a medieval enthusiasts event up in the mountains with my best friend. I was walking down the main drag near our site the first evening of the event and there was a dog. I LOVE dogs and they love me. Mine had just died the week before so I was particularly softened to see him and called out "who's dog is this!?!?" scratching his ears while looking around. "oh, that's my dog!" I heard a guys voice call back a few seconds later. Bright blue eyes, that's what I remember first about meeting him, also sitting and talking all night at the camp fire. I got in a fight over women's rights with my then boyfriend that next day and broke up with him at the end of the weekend. 
I went through some weird emotional and mental stuff for a few months but apparently my bf was still thinking about me because we kept remaking plans to hang out. When we finally did spend time together, there was kinda this unspoken thing that we were getting to know each other before sleeping together. Idk how we both knew that what was going on was something different and not to screw it up, but it was cool actually having someone want to get to know me. Especially since neither one of us told the other till way after we started actually dating that we basically wanted to jump each other right away. Hahaha

We were studying the same major in college! He was a few years ahead of me but in our program the upperclassmen interact with/help the underclassmen quite a bit in the computer lab, so that's how we met and started talking.

We met on pof (plenty of fish). I was on it for a couple weeks, stopped using it for about a week. Came back to well over 200+ messages, and just flipped through answering to whom I wanted to. Been with my SO now for 4 years 🤗
