Sick with fever

I have a fever of 100°,  I have chills, diarrhea, and no appetite although I'm so nauseous if I don't eat. I feel like I could vomit at anytime. I feel AWFUL.  Normally I wouldn't worry too much but I'm 9 weeks pregnant. I'm not sure at what temp my fever can reach  before I need to get to a doc. It's 1 am, my husband is at work and my daughter is asleep or I'd go on to the doctor! Should I be worried over this temp?
