hey everyone. any guesses on gender?!

so my sister is 12wks pregnant & this is her ultrasound. this is my Godbaby & I’m so excited I could burst! I know many people trust the nub, skull, ramzi theories so I was curious to get some opinions. I had my 2nd baby, a girl 5 months ago & the nub theory rang true. therefore my guess is I’m having a Goddaughter. but still, I’d love some opinions. thank you! 🙏🏻
