What type of reaction am I having?

I’ve never checked to c if I was allergic to anything but a lot of times when I wash my hands this happens...is this just a cause of dry skin? Please help, it burns

Mine is the same way right now. Red, dry and itchy. Try some good lotion. I think the cold weather does it.

Try aloe vera or Vitamin E. I have super sensitive skin and the skin on my hands get super dry and cracked during the winter, so I make sure to only use Dove soap when washing my hands

I got it too it was from the soap even though I used it all the time my body now stoped liking it so probably change the soap and wear gloves when you wash the dishes also get a cream to treat your skin from a pharmacy

This happened to me when I was using harsh chemicals on my hands and washing them all the time.  Use a chemical free soap and try putting on moisturiser at least three times a day.
