Vaginal rip after sex

Hello my lady family!

After a lot of sex and A big dick I seemed of torn my vagina on the bottom. It stings when I pee and almost feels bruised when I sit sometimes sharp pains but if I hold it shut it feels fine. (Feels like an intense cut) I don’t think it’s worth going to the doctors because I can tell it’s been healing but I wanted to know if anyone had any quick tips or suggestions for the pain and speeding up the process of hearing. yes, I’m sure I don’t have STD’s a UTI or anything of that matter.
