I haven't had a good run with taking my temp but it's been so high lately!! 
37.85 degrees celsius (100.13 farenheit) during the day.
I've also got very sore boobs with milk leaking out, veins everywhere and terrible fatigue.

You're missing too much data to determine anything.

Hard to say, there is zero data during the time there needs to be and the ones left are erratic. Don't take your temp in the middle of the day, it can be a full degree Celsius higher and has no bearing on core temps. 
You should get a new battery for your thermometer. Its highly unusual for someone to get multiples of the same temp even twice during a cycle. Once batteries start going, they just start reverting to the closest previous temp in its memory.

Have you had your prolactin checked? Having a fever isn’t an indicator that you’re pregnant. Keep temping regularly there’s no way to tell if things are looking good or not based off of this data.
