Razor bumps?????

I shaved yesterday and i started noticing these bumps in the afternoon. Their sooo itchy and painful I just wanna make sure their razor bumps and not something else

Yup razor bumps. After I shave anything even my legs (i have hella sensitive skin) i use a shea sugar scrub idk why but it works and yes I use shaving cream but I still get bumbs

Those look like razor bumps. Put aloe gel over it.
