Tinnitus. Ringing in ear

Anyway suffering from tinnitus? For the last two days, I get it like twice a day for a few minutes and usually I get a headache after. It rings in one ear at a time. Even when am in a quiet environment. I don't listen to anything loud. Today I got it in sleep and ended up dreaming someone was causing it n I was asking them to turn the sound off but they wouldn't. Woke up with my ear ringing. Shortly after, a headache. So far, it is not painful but very uncomfortable.
