Breast milk bags??

Question

So I’m expressing my milk into the pre sterilised bags but can these be reused? I’d washed and cold sterilised again as there quite expensive to keep buying!

Nah, you wouldn’t be able to clean them properly. So many people use normal plastic bags or even ice cube trays. I’m not sure how that would affect it. I mean, the bags are food grade, so why wouldn’t milk be fine in it? Maybe it’s just a way of selling expensive BM bags.

No you can’t reuse them. But you could pump into bottles; bottles can be washed and reused. I only use the bags when I am freezing milk. I mostly feed my baby fresh milk and just pump directly into his bottles.

I'm not quite sure about that. I never reused any of my bags. Honestly, it doesn't seem sterile. However, it's up to you. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Personally, I wouldn't.

I have not been one for sterilizing every little thing but when it comes to these storage bags I do shell out for fresh ones. It’s like $12 for 100 at Walmart.
