Vivid nightmares from pregnancy!?

I had what seemed like an eternity of a nightmare. I didn't go to sleep until 3:30 a.m. and had to be up at 6. The entire time I dreamed about me murdering people who were hurting other people and making it look like self defense from the victim, old women in a senior living center getting raped by intruders and then I kill the intruders and wipe my prints off the knife, even my own friend... I stabbed her over and over again and made it look like she did it to herself because I dreamed she was mistreating her kids and sleeping with her dad for money. I feel sick to my stomach. 🤢🤢🤢 I think a lot of this stems from my other friend actually getting stabbed in the arm by her boyfriend last night and I was on the phone with her until 3 a.m. I don't even want to go to sleep anymore.
