Can’t poop postpartum!
I am officially 2 days postpartum and I cannot seem to poop! I have a third degree perineal tear and my vaginal/anal area is pretty swollen from the stitches and everything. I also think I might have hemorrhoids. I’ve taken stool softener and sometimes I feel like I need to go but when I go to sit on the toilet I cannot get anything out! It’s like my anal area is too swollen to pass a stool. Any advice?
