My prenatal chokes me every time
I've been trying to take the one a day prenatal vitamin, and I can't swallow a single pill without needing the heimlich because I'm choking. Ive tried taking it with water, milk, juice, apple sauce, etc and it doesn't work. It still always gets stuck just far enough in my throat that I can't breathe.
Is there another brand of prenatal you ladies recommend or would it be okay for me to bust the capsule open and take it?
