Runners knee?? Tips ? This is really annoying
I just got into walking and running on the treadmill. It was my fault because I didn’t warm up before getting on the treadmill... but after I got off and went home and got in the shower. I sat down on the sofa to eat, 39 mins later I got up my knee was popping and it hurt when I walked. So that night I rested it elevated it and put a cold compress on it. And then this morning it felt better but felt like it was still popping and I put a compression tape around it. Does this sound like runners knee??? I really want it to go away 😞
