Which do you trust? BBT or OPK?

I'm monitoring my second cycle right now and I'm confused about when I may have ovulated. My temperature spiked CD 22, according to Ovagraph, but I didn't receive positive OPK strips until CD 24 & 25. Glow is saying I'm 7 DPO and Ovagraph is saying I'm 10 DPO.
