How many bottles is your breastfed baby taking?

My girl Cori is 6 months today. We’ve been a little lazy about solids, so she just “taste tests” every night for the last 2 weeks. She nurses morning and before bed, then takes four 4 ounces bottles at daycare. I’m thinking of using the ounces but dropping a bottle (three 6 ounce bottles)
What’s everyone else’s LO doing for bottles?

I do the exact same as you. Four 4 oz bottles of breastmilk and she’s at daycare 7-5pm.

I've heard 1-1.5 ounces per hour is a normal range for bottlefeeding breast milk. My son sometimes does 2oz per hour, but usually falls into this range.
As for solids, you're not being lazy! Food before 1 is just for fun! Basically all of their calories will come from breast milk/formula until they're 1. No need to feel bad about just taste testing!

We don't eat solids every day. Just a few tbsp every other day at dinnertime. I nurse her around 7am and send her to the sitters with 3 6.5oz of milk. On occasion I'll get a full bottle back or a bottle with an oz. Or two in it. But for the most part she drinks it all. 
Eating is for fun right now so don't stress about her not eating a lot every day. Milk is still the most important thing for them. I only feed her food after she's nursed. I don't ever replace milk with food.

I nurse in the morning and before bed also. My daughter is 6 mo and now pretty regularly takes 20 oz during the day over 4 bottles. Usually 7 oz, 4 oz, 5 oz, 4 oz. We also are pretty slow to introduce solids. She takes about 1 ounce around lunch time and 1 oz at dinner time.

My boy nurses the first and last feeding of the day. He takes 7oz twice at daycare of pumped milk. He will sometimes do a dreamfeed of 4oz before we go to bed, too.

So, like Caitlin said I do 1.5 ounces every hour I'm gone. But he likes bigger bottles. So he has two 6 ounce bottles while I'm gone for 8 hours. I make sure my baby gets feed 3 hours before I come home and no later so he is hungry as soon as I get home. We were doing 3 bottles before but he wouldn't breastfeed when I would get home because it was just too much. And I feed him an hour to half an hour before I go to work.

I wouldn't drop a bottle right off the bat. Try sending 4 6oz bottles and see what happens first. She may drink all of it!
