What should I do? Never been in this situation

Question

I worked at a seasonal job and thought that I was done due to the fact I was no longer in the schedule and applied to like 20 jobs. I finally heard back from Olive Garden and Home Depot. I have an interview with Olive Garden today at 3 (for server or host) and Home Depot next Thursday. The Home Depot is will pay the same as my seasonal job (11/hour for paint sales associate). I’m really interested in the Hope Depot job now. 
What should I do if Olive Garden offer me a job after the interview?

I did hiring at my last job. If they offer you a position, which most will not at the interview, tell them thank you and you would like to get back to them about the offer. Give them a day and they will either counter with a sooner date or say ok. If the other interviews to far out accept. You can always quit. I find it hard to quit, I don’t like to like others down, but I’ve learned I’m more important, and so are you!

This is totally just my thoughts, absolutely take the job that speaks to you. You have to get up everyday and be happy with the work that you do, so Definitely go with your gut. But serving jobs offer an opportunity to make some great tips on top of your pay, usually provide a staff meal during your shift, and have lots of opportunities for shift trades and picking up extra shifts. When I used to serve I really enjoyed those aspects of it. Plus if you’re waiting for another week to even interview with Home Depot, that’s time when you could be already working at the Olive Garden.
Honestly though, it sounds like your heart is pulling you towards the other job. You can put all your eggs in to one basket and call to cancel the serving interview. Or...You can always just explain to the Olive Garden if/when they offer you the position, that you’re sincerely grateful for the offer and would like to take some time to consider the position, review your upcoming schedules, and discuss it with your family (Just be prepared that they may want an answer soon and may pass on hiring you for someone who can begin immediately) 
Or you can accept but are only able to start training after next week due to your schedule. By then you can have you’re H.D interview and if you get the position there, just call the O.G and thank them for the opportunity, but you’ve decided to take another position. They may be a little tiffed that they have to interview more people after you already accepted, but it’s always good to be honest. GOOD LUCK!!

Well you would want to know that if you might get the job at Home Depot. I would maybe accept and work until next Thursday that if they hire you.
