Not Sleeping

I’m normally not a good sleeper. I fall asleep easily but usually wake up around 3-4 WIDE AWAKE. Sometimes I’m able to fall asleep again around 6-7, and I very rarely nap.

I’ve tried everything. Going to bed hungry/full with carbs/fat, using magnesium, I don’t look at screens I have a Black out blind, etc. the only time I usually sleep like the dead is when I visit my mom and dads house. I’m sure Freud would have something to say about that haha

Anyway now that I’m finally pregnant - will this affect my progesterone production? I’m afraid not sleeping will affect the baby.
