Terrible taste

I’m 6w 6d and I have the worst sour taste in my mouth. Morning sickness wakes me up between 4-6am every day but the sour taste stays all day. I don’t want to eat or drink anything, even water tastes bad. I’ve brushed my teeth/tung several times today but only helps for a minute.
