Positive test in a new relationship

So I've been dating this guy for about 2 months now. Hes very sweet and I've known him for over 4 years. I'm not a confident girl by any means, and he is really freaking sexy, so my drive has been way higher than usual. We haven't always used condoms bc I was told I couldnt have kids by my doctor and the bf and I have both been recently tested for STDs. Hes very excited that I am pregnant but I'm worried about our relationship. Is it going to last through this? I've had a couple miscarriages in the past but I'm mostly worried about telling our families, some who I haven't even met yet. Also, he has really bad anxiety that takes over sometimes. I have no idea how to help.
