Yes! Not having caffeine, cutting back on sugar, and drinking lots of water seems to help. I know it's hard not to have a lot of sugar (hello chocolate cravings!) but if I have protein with my sugar it seems to help (Oreos with peanut butter anyone?!)

Yesssss extremely bad already have chronic migraines so it's makes it even worse.
