Advice please!

I have been having a lot of bleeding since last night. I do not have an OB yet and I don’t have a regular doctor because we changed insurances before I got pregnant. I have no idea who I should go see.

Urgent care said they would send me to the ER because they don’t have an ultrasound machine. I really don’t think the ER is necessary with the money and wait when I know there is nothing they could do anyways at only 4weeks 4 days. Would you just find a random doctor? Would they be able to diagnose a miscarriage ?

I am so lost.
