Potty Training Question

My daughter has gone about 3 weeks now without having any daytime accidents while wearing toddler training undies.

I’m just wondering when you consider children to be “potty trained?” Is it when they just go to the bathroom on their own? Can pull their pants and undies down and wipe by themselves?

Just curious about when we can consider her “potty trained!”

We’re suuuper excited about this milestone because we’re expecting her little brother at the end of March. And how glorious would it be to have only one babe in diapers 🙌🏻
