Episiotomy healing tips
Hi all, I’m 14 days pp, had an episiotomy with forceps birth, lots of stitches and the wound still isn’t healing. I haven’t been out of the house, been really taking it easy (apart from nursing my hungry little baby boy haha) been airing the area at night for a few hours leaving it uncovered after a shower. Been given antibiotics to keep the area free from infection but it’s still not healing. I’m at wits end, anyone got any tips?
