No motivation to lose weight
According to my BMI, I'm obese. I'm 5'7 and about 195-200. In order to get to a normal BMI, I have to drop to 159, which is like 35-40 pounds away. I know that in order to have the best chances of conceiving, I should be at a lower body weight. Plus it would lead to a healthier pregnancy and minimize any risks like high blood pressure (my mom had it when pregnant) and would allow me to do my job better when I am pregnant (construction). It's just that I have a hard time sticking with my diet and exercise plan. Honestly because I'm lazy and I have the mentally that "this one food that's not healthy won't hurt that bad," but I'm getting no where with losing weight. Help 😩
