Anyone else loosing hair like crazy?

Once I got 12 weeks PP my hair literally is just falling out!! I feel like I could make a wig 😩😩 anyone know how long this lasts?

Yes! I literally can touch my head and a bunch just falls out. I read somewhere it should go back to normal between 6-12 months.  😫😫 Idk if I'll have any hair left by then.

I'm losing lots of hair will be 14wks pp tomorrow i have long hair nd will be getting a hair cut on wednesday as i have to be picking up hair from my bed every single day. This is bby #5 for me and when i had my 4th same thing happened i took  different vitamins and none helped i took from prenatals, HSN (head,skin and nails) and some other and my hair kept falling i have bald patches on my sides but i noticed some baby hairs again and this time I'm not taking anything i started doing a rice water rinse and i noticed a small difference will be doing it once every 3weeks

If you take biotin supplements (hair, skin, & nails) it may mitigate the shedding. I started taking them around 36 weeks or so and haven't lost much beyond the average daily shed.
