I went to ER last night due to some brown spotting and pretty intense cramping/back pain. Diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage. Dr said baby does not look like what he expected and not even sure they found a heartbeat. This AM much more bleeding, still not a lot but looks like it’s darker red/brown in color. Supposed to get labs done again in a few days but really expecting a miscarriage. Can anyone tell me what to expect? I am supposed to be 7+4, this is my first pregnancy.
