Irritated Naval Piercing?

My naval piercing looks irritated and when I sweat in the gym it stings a lot. I don’t know if I should clean it more (which I’ve been doin with hydrogen peroxide, idk if I should change that), or take it out and try again later.  
(In the pic I’m pushing the piercing to the side so you can see where it’s irritated)

Use a sea salt solution or make your own with warm water and a little bit of NONIODIDE sea salt. And I do suggest cleaning it with antibacterial soap in the shower after workouts

Switch from hydrogen peroxide to warm salt water soak. Saline solution works great too. Try not to use tight fitting clothing and wash as many times as day as you can especially after sweating. You should be okay honestly to not take it out.

Don't use peroxide. It dries it out. Use a saline solution. I use soap and water and then use H2Ocean

Use saline solution and a q-tip and don’t touch! The more you touch it the more I texted it’ll get. Speaking from experience lol

Definitely don’t use peroxide . But a warm sea salt soak with noniodized sea salt will be good , i also used Bactine which worked well for me
