Does anyone think the sugar diet will help me pass the glucose test?

Dont focus on passing it. You literally cant make your pancreas work better.

You cant fake a glucose test.. and even trying is dangerous... GD isnt lifestyle it's how your placenta is affecting your pancreas and its effenciancy in balancing sugars and insuline.. dont try to fake results... eat normally.. go on walks and just accept the results given..

Your not supposed to change anything before the test because it can throw the results off.. atleast that’s what I’ve been told with every pregnancy

Everyone wants to pass and I was nervous taking mine, but why would you want to alter results?
Even if there was a way to pass the test with having GD, is it worth putting you and your child in danger?

Just eat as you normally would. You need accurate results to know if you actually have it or not.

Youve stated that you dont want gestional diabetes again. Like faking a test is going to magically make you not have it?.. The only thing that would do is make it go undetected which would put you and your baby at risk. Doesnt seem to smart to me. High risk doctors and midwifes arent that bad. Their just there to make sure you and that baby is healthy

Don’t over think it, it’s a vital test. Don’t try to manipulate it, why would you do that? Would you manipulate any other medical screening? 🤔 Do what your dr. told you. If you don’t have any issues, you’ll pass. If your body is having issues with the sugar, you’ll fail and the Dr. can take the appropriate measures for you and the baby.

I really wanna pass it, I don’t want gestational diabetes again. My midwife whose truly amazing stated if I fail I’ll have to go to a high risk midwife and that was hell. Damn it!
