Positive blood negative urine?

Anyone have negative urine tests and positive blood tests?  I’m 15 days late and my doc wants me to come in for a blood test but I don’t really wanna waste the money if it’s highly unlikely to be positive lol

It’s rare but women have tested negative urine and positive blood...hard to say unless you take the blood test...
