Birth control?

I’ve decided I want to be put on birth control. I’m not exactly sure which type yet though, what do you prefer? Explain. 
And if the pill, what brand do you prefer?

I was on the pill and I took low ogestrel tablets but I would talk to your dr ☺️ they will help you decide what’s best for your specific needs. Mine was just for irregular periods when I was younger.

I love my Mirena IUD. Never have to think about it and it stopped my periods too! It's great

I had the pill, which helped regulate my hormonal acne and my terrible moods. I use levonorgestrel (gives you a period every 3 months!)

I’ve had the patch and it was good, but annoying because it’s a sticker. Then I tried paraguard iud and it was a disaster. I then realized I have PCOS and needed hormones, so I tried Mirena iud and that too was a disaster and wasn’t on it long. I didn’t realize I needed more estrogen. So now I’m on nuva ring because it’s basically the patch in ring form. Everyone is different. You just have to figure out what will work for you and don’t give up if the first type or even third type doesn’t work lol.
