My husband and I are in a disagreement. He says it’s fine to use an expired infant seat I say it’s not. I have read somewhere that if you’d child is injured in an accident using an expired seat they will not cover that infants medical expenses. I tried reaching out to our insurance to see if that was true but they said they could not know until a claim was filed but recommended not using an expired seat. Have any of you experienced an accident with an expired car seat?
