Braxton hicks

Does anyone get a hot flush and feel really nauseous with their Braxton hicks? I've had what I think are 2 Braxton hicks contractions today about 5 hours apart but each time when my belly went tight and I felt crampy down below I just felt so hot and sick and dizzy they lasted about 45 seconds each 😣 soooo not looking forward to labour if it's going to be worse than this!!!
