Anyone randomly get light headed and feel your heat rate spike?

I've had this a couple of times now. I get a light headed feeling, I get hot and can feel my heart beat. 
Just had it happen again. I know Fitbit is no expert heart rate monitor. But it just showed my heart rate jump to at least 110 (my resting rate is in the upper 60s low 70s lately). I just sat down. But I had simply walked across the office before. Nothing strenuous. And I've been working out pretty regularly, so it's not like my body isnt used to moving.

I get this feeling too, along with shortness of breath. I am so ready to hold my baby and have my body back to myself!

Yes completely normal I had this a few weeks back and went to see my doctor to check it out he said it’s normal for our bodies to do this now you are growing a human inside you! Heart rate goes up because of increased blood pumping around your body for the baby and he said it can go up to 120bpm and it be normal. I used to get shortness of breath and high heart rate just after eating a meal for some reason. It’s passed now and that was happening about 8 weeks ago it will probably pass for you too

This has been happening to me lately, Im also experiencing minor, but frequent headaches. I get super hot and dizzy. Today this happened during prenatal yoga and I also started to have blurred vision and ringing ears. Im going to talk my drs about it at my next appt as this can be symptoms related to pre-eclampsia, however, my blood pressure has been low (normal for me) and urine has been fine. Im reading that its important to hydrate and snack often to help with dizziness.Dizziness is typically caused by our increased blood volume and our uterus creating pressure on our veins.
