Mine was 4,400 on the day before trigger. Had 30 eggs collected, 21 mature, 16 fertilized,  waiting to find out how many are frozen on Friday!

My estradiol was 4090 day of trigger

I stimmed for 11 days, triggered on 12 and retrieval on day 14. My estradiol was 1208 on the day of trigger and my US showed 20 follicles over 10mm. Retrieved 19 and 10 were fertilized with ICSI (our issue was low sperm count).
