Last month I had an obvious temp spike after positive OPKs, but not this month.

*I’m not sure if I trust that high temp on the 22nd, because it was taken at a much different time after a weird night of sleep (I was out on an EMS call from 4:45am-7am, fell back asleep at around 9am, and took temp at 11:45am upon waking).

*I got a positive OPK on the 20th but deleted it from Glow as to not skew results.

Both Glow and FF say I ovulated on CD 14 - does it look like that’s true, or is it possible I may still ovulate later in my cycle? My OPKs are negative but still dark.
