Ok so I’m having my second

next month and the Dr is changing my dosage to leterozole 3 times a day in order to thicken my lining and produce at least 3 eggs. My husband has a low sperm count of 9 million. Dr saids we have a 20% chance of conceiving with is considered normal if he’s sperm count remains the same. Here’s the problem I’m terrified of conceiving twins or triplets. So my question is what are the chances of getting pregnant with twins or triplets with 2-3 eggs and low sperm count. Also is there any government programs out there to assist with financial and day care needs with multiple pregnancies. I don’t have the funds to raise twins or triplets. Day care of one is already 1000 a month. Double that for twins! Any worse Of advise would be greatly appreciated!
