Heart burn as early pregnancy sign?

Hello, I have pcos so my cycles aren’t exactly accurate, so I don’t know what dpo I am. I’ve taken a few hpt’s and they’ve been negative. But I’ve had such bad all day heartburn. Has anyone had this as an early pregnancy sign? It’s been bad enough to make me cough, which I never do, even when I have heartburn from spicy foods. Help! 🤷🏻‍♀️

100% .. ..that was my first symptom I was up all night the night before I found out it was that bad I was coughing all night couldn't sleep thinking I was going to be sick it was burning my throat and bammmm bfp the very next morning and I was still 4 day off from my period

I am 8dpo today and waiting to test and I have had heartburn for the last 3 days! I take Prilosec too, so usually I don’t get heartburn since my medicine controls it, but I have found myself feeling up the back of my throat. I also had what I am almost positive is implantation bleeding the last 2 days, so I would say this definitely is an early pregnancy sign!
