Can you experience your period while you’re pregnant? i’ve heard a few stories but i’m not really sure.

No but you can have bleeding that some people mistake for a period

Some people bleed through out there pregnancy I never did but I did bleed early on and got checked

Yes you can, it's not a real period but it's can resemble one. Usually much lighter.
My colleague had monthly bleeding throughout her pregnancy, she just thought she'd put on weight and then gave birth to an 8lb 4 baby with no pain killers because she didn't know what was going on.
