Want to loose weight and inches
Need recommendations for routines/ diet for loosing 10 pounds and a few inches in the hips/waist. Right now I am cutting out sugary drinks, increasing water, cutting out all sweets. And trying to cut down my portion size from the usual americano style to a healthy portion. I also walk about 15 times a day ( I know not enough) so I am
Hoping to increase that. So if you have recommendations that would be awesome
