Yep we are working on putting her down. She will put herself down for her morning catnap, but after that she needs rocking and sleeping on people is best. 
But the same nighttime is totally fine in her bassinet

Yes! The only good naps my baby takes is when I’m holding her or if we are in the car. 😞 she sleeps really good in the pack n play at night but for some reason she won’t sleep in there for her naps, I have even tried getting into a routine for naps and laying her down drowsy like they say to do but as soon as I lay her down she’s wide awake, she will lay there for a little bit but then eventually starts crying 😞

My girl is 3 months today too, and she can only sleep if shes on or near me, then we move her to the bassinet at night for the first half of her sleep. She has on occasion gotten really fussy when I put her down to go to the bathroom (especially for a shower) and then I come back and shes asleep. My only assumption is that she cried from being put down but she was too tired to fight it for long. I hope you find something that works for you soon, good luck!
